All text, PDF editions, metadata, cover art, and compilation structure on this site are protected by United States copyright law, including 17 U.S.C. § 106, which grants the copyright owner exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and prepare derivative works.

Your license is limited to personal reading on 360digitalbooks.com and citation with attribution. Any other use requires a written license from 360DigitalBooks.

2. Prohibited conduct

Reposting full text or substantial excerpts on X/Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, blogs, or news sites
Automated harvesting, bulk download, or circumvention of access controls (17 U.S.C. § 1201)
Removing copyright notices, ISBN metadata, or rights-managed labels
Submitting our works to search indexes under your own domain without authorization
Misrepresenting ownership or implying endorsement by 360DigitalBooks

3. Enforcement and takedown

Unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501, with statutory damages up to $150,000 per willful work (§ 504(c)).

360DigitalBooks pursues removal on X via its DMCA form, on Google via Search Console and DMCA requests, and on all other platforms under 17 U.S.C. § 512. See our Copyright Policy or email rights@360digitalbooks.com.

4. Fair use

Nothing in these terms limits legitimate fair use as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 107. Fair use is fact-specific and does not permit reproduction of entire works or systematic republication for audience capture.

5. No warranty

Publications are provided “as is” for informational purposes. Investigative reports may reference allegations from third-party sources. 360DigitalBooks does not warrant independent verification of every claim.

6. Repeat infringers

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we maintain a policy for terminating access for users who are repeat infringers of 360DigitalBooks copyrights, where applicable.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
